Tool: Visual Studio Code

I have just installed POSH Pro Tools but i was unable to open the form designer.
I can see in the bottom it’s trying to connect
and on the bottom left i see:
But i already have it installed:
I have attempted to run the install license by running the Powershell Pro Tools: Install License Key command and it pops up with a window to select a file, i point it to the license i downloaded from my account but that doesn’t appear to solve it.
What am i doing wrong?
