I am unable to install license

I am having issues installing powershell pro tools in visual studio and am getting the following error in the log file:

also I purchased the powershell pro tools, but when trying to open PPScriptPad I get prompted for a license key but after purchasing the tools all I was provided was a license file. Even if I wanted to purchase Pscriptpad the link is broken from the app and in your website.

Can you email support@ironmansoftware.com? We can help get it sorted.

Thanks Adam. I have emailed support. This has been super frustrating as finding support on the website was not easily visible.
