Issue in loading Universal Dashboard

Hi All,

We are starting to use Universal Dashboard in one of the internal application. We are using load balancer for Universal Dashboard. The issue is at the loading. Manytimes Universal Dashboard do not load like when we enter URL, then Universal Dashboard log appears but after that nothing happens.
When user refresh then page load fine next time.

This kind of behavior is make it difficult to give end user.

Hi @manmeet27,

Does the browser console show any js-related logs?
Does the UDLog show anything interesting?

In my experience, usually this is related to authentication.
Are you using sticky-sessions?
