Operator Role has no "Save" button in Dashboards or APIs

Hey guys,

I noticed that when I sign into PSU with an identity which has the Operator’s Role I don’t see the “Save” button in Dashboards and APIs. If I log in with my admin account I see the “Save” button in the editors of both. I tried this with both Policies and Statically defined roles.

Can this be fixed?
