I’m trying to install PowerShell Tools on a Windows Server system. The installation progress looks good, it finishes with the message “PowerShell Tools for Visual Studio 2022 has been successfully installed”. But when starting VS 2022 there is no Powershell extension / tools available.
- Installation type: Offline installation (no internet connection) with local administrator account
- Host system: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.5291)
- Visual Studio: Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 Version 17.3.3
- PowerShell Tools: Version 2022.8.0
What am I doing wrong?
