When trying to start a dashboard in PSU in docker (using the “latest” tag) after changing to 2.0 the dashboards fail to start, in the log the following is reported.

An unhandled exception has occurred while executing the request.
System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load shared library ‘libdl.so’ or one of its dependencies. In order to help diagnose loading problems, consider setting the LD_DEBUG environment variable: liblibdl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I have tested with a blank container with no data inside also, and the same thing happens if you try to create and start a dashboard.
