Hmm upgraded my zip install to this version, moved over my windows auth settings to web.config and my json settings but failing to load my dashboards with error 500 and endpoints failing to load

These is an error with the configuration script for this page. You will need to correct the issue manually before continuing.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Since updating to 3.3.5 it appears that regardless of what Max History I set for my scripts, the job will keep all of the history - making my dashboard run very slowly due to trying to return the most recently ran job output.

@ruben @PowershellBacon - Can both of you please ensure that Debug logging is enabled and share it with me? There should be more information about the issues described.
