Error Upon Starting Dashboard

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version 2.0.3 (925085083)

I was previously on version 1.5.15 and I decided I wanted to upgrade to 2.0.2. I did a manual upgrade which caused some errors upon startup, so I decided to wipe all previous 1.5.15 files and just do a fresh manual install of 2.0.2. This is when I began running into the dashboard error other people are experiencing on PS 5.1. I then wiped again and manually installed the newest nightly build of 2.0.3, but I’m still running into the same issue.

New Windows manual install
PowerShell Version: 5.1.18362.1474
PowerShell Universal Nightly Build: 925085083 https://imsreleases.blob.core.windows.net/universal-nightly/925085083/Universal.win7-x64.2.0.3.zip

Error I’m receiving from debug.

Dashboard process is not running. Dashboard may have crashed or failed to start.

Found this today as I have the exact same issue. Grabbed the latest container image (2.2.1) and went to run it and the dashboards seem to not work for some reason.

The same error, tried this on a Windows machine running Linux containers as well as my Linux workstation and get the same error:

fail: Universal.Server.Services.DashboardManager[0]
Dashboard process is not running. Dashboard may have crashed or failed to start.
