Display issue with nav panel

I am having an issue with the way the navigation side panel is being displayed. Here is an example.

Here is the code for my dashboard.

The strange thing is I do not have a dashboard with a name or title of ‘Dashboard Test’. However per the picture the nav panel is displaying this.

I feel like I am just missing something simple, yet I can’t figure out what is causing it. has anyone seen this before, or have any idea how to resolve it?

I think I figured this out. I was able to resolve the issue by removing the word ‘Dashboard’ from the page name on New-UDPage.
