Call center analytics

I found that our phone system had a MySQL DB, so I started pulling out daily reports. I made this dashboard to fit perfectly on the service manager’s vertical monitor

The orientation and the size of the buttons makes it work really well on an iPad or any other tablet

We use a Vercom IPlex that runs Asterisk
