Upgrade from 1.5.21 to 2.3.2 license installed but not working

I just upgraded from 1.5.21 to 2.3.2 and everything seems to working fine except the license. On the license page it shows my license is installed. But when I go to any page that requires the license, I get an error message saying only available for licensed instances. Any ideas how to get 2.3.2 to recognize my license again?

This could be a problem with the license activating if you are using the standard (online) key. If not, feel free to email support@ironmansoftware.com and we can help with the licensing problem.

We do not allow any internet access on our management network. What URL do I have to allow for activation?
