Unable to edit APIs using vscode

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 1.5.15

The icon to edit API scripts is missing and there’s no way to open the already created endpoint on vscode

However, for the other nodes it works fine, for example automation displays it properly.

Also editing from the web gui also works fine, it’s only vs code, funny thing is that 2 days ago this was working fine.

What happens if you try to open the endpoints.ps1 file under the configuration section?

That works fine.

Ok. I’ll take a look. I suspect the API button is trying to edit the file locally.

Thanks @adam

This should be fixed now. Try version 1.8.2 of the extension.

I just updated and got the same result. For the hell of it I also installed code and the extension on the server running PSU itself to see if that made a difference.

For now I’ll just modify the endpoints file directly.

Also not sure if this makes a difference but the ext seems to not be able to find the server binary (running code on the server hosting PSU). I installed it using the MSI and the path was modified.
