v3 will be built on .NET 6.0. That said, you can also host .NET v5 apps with the .NET 6.0 hosting bundle so you should still be able to run PSU v2 in Azure.
For example, I’m using the v6 hosting bundle on my machine to run PSU v2 in IIS.
