PSU and .net 5.0

Since .net 5.0 has released, I want to upgrade the server to with .net 5.0.
Does PSU have any dependency on .net core 3, and if so, will 5.0 working with PSU?

We package the .NET 3.1 runtime with the PSU so you should be able to upgrade the server without incident. We will be upgrading PSU to .NET 5.0 for 1.6.
