I am starting a new project where I can locally host 3 of Ring’s Stick Up Cameras using UDDashboards? I couldn’t even wrap my head as to where to start with this project other than reviewing the security ports for Ring’s protocols. If you have any basic ideas as to how I would even start this please let me know.

Depends on what you wish to archieve.
Are you intending UD to replace a fully blown VMS? Including recording etc?
Or are you just looking to embed the video stream in your dashboard?
As for the latter: i believe @AlonGvili’s video player should be able to handle the RTSP streams from the cameras (no experience with “Ring” cameras sadly).
