after updating to psu 2.3.0 i can login to admin central and it shows dashboard running but when try to open dashboard i get the following error
i found that v3 framework is missing a lot of files compared to nightly release, this is for windows zip files release.
i was able to copy the frameworks files from nightly release over and fix the issue.
