Tool: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, PSScriptPad, PowerShell Module

I have an MSDN license to develop Company solutions in VS but I may need to share a winforms solution with someone else that doesn’t have that but does have a Pro Tools license (PSScriptPad). Or maybe they send me a PSScriptPad solution and I wan to to bring it into VS. What if they take away my MSDN and I need to convert all my solutions to PSScriptPad?
Possible? Practicle?
