New-UDDataGrid column alignement

Tried searching for this, can’t find anything… should the New-UDDataGrid headers be aligned with columns or is there a parameter that aligns them? Column data is longer than the header and the header is squeezed to the left side. Driving me batty, my assumption is that grids typically aligned. Am I missing something?
