Login page logo is not loading after updating to PSU 4.2.9

Logo is not loading when use URL see below but it will work if i use local path

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 4.2.9

I noticed the same thing this morning after upgrading yesterday. Opened an issue for it.

### Version 4.2.8 ### Severity Low ### Steps to Reproduce After upgrading t…o 4.2.9 the login page logo only displays when using the local path to it. Serving the logo through http no longer works.
