Is it possible to Package / Compile Universal Dashboards as stand-alone executables for distribution?

Hey there,
I’m looking to write some productivity tools for my team mates and the constraint my organization has given me is that I can write whatever I want for desktops but I can’t write/run web apps. Since I’m readily familiar with how to make universal dashboards, is it possible to compile or export them as stand alone or installable executables or must all PUDs be hosted in PU or IIS?

It’s possible to use PSU Desktop for this but we don’t have anything built in to package them up into standalone executables.

It’s certainly something we’ve considered adding for specifically your use case so I’d be open to feedback on how to best make that work.
