Installed plugin for VS Community. How in the world do you pull up the forms designer?
I start a new solution, then right-click on the solution name in the solution explorer and go to Add > New Item (or CTRL+SHIFT+A) and in there choose PowerShell Form. Give the file a unique name at the bottom and click hte Add button.
