When I create a popup, the first time it shows the balloon is not sized to the content. The second click on the same popup (or any other) is sized correcty.
If you specify the -MinWidth of the popup does it change the behavior?
It changes the incorrect size of the initial balloon but doesn’t set it to the right width.
I’ll open an issue for this. It should work without this set.
