Since updated to 4.1.6 (from 4.0.12):
When I try to update an Endpoint using the Web interface, I get a 400 error. The change is not applied in enpoints.ps1
I can still modify directly endpoints.ps1 and changes are reflected to the GUI.

Can you try setting the DisableFormatOnSave option in Settings.ps1? It looks like we need some error handling there.
The other exception looks like the log table may be very large and it’s unable to query data from it.
