4.2.16 Endpoints.ps1 Invalid Configuration

I have updated to version 4.2.16 and since I performed the update my endpoints stop working.

I only can access the configuration of my endpoints via the endpoints.ps1

Even the endpoints-page on the website shows an error:
This is an error with the configuration script for this page. You will need to correct the issue manually before continuing. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

API-Environment: 7.4.1

I have important endpoints running and need help please.

Even if i try to add variables i got the same error.

PSU is installed on a Windows Server 2022 Datacenter and a MSSQL als Database
