Disable SessionTimeOut possible?

Hey guys

Maybe anyone of you has already tried this and knows the answer.
There is a default Session Timeout defined at 25 minutes which can be overriden in various ways. If you want to set the timeout globaly you can do it like that:

However it’s not documented how you can “disable” the timeout completely. Is that even possible? Does somebody know if for example setting the value to “0” could disable it completely?

The reason is that we have a customer with a 24/7 contract that wants to have the session up and running because they need to guarantee “on-call support” and don’t want to login each time again when the session times out…

Any input is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Don

Dear @adam

Sorry, you know I don’t like to “call” you to ask you explicitely for your opinion and help.

Can I ask you for your advice? Cause the customer just called me again about this issue… For now we’ve increased the Web Server Session Timeout to 8h… Let’s see if it helps.. But disabling it would be better…

Thanks a lot,
Don
