Dashboard stats and status is broken after upgrade or fresh install 2.3.0 / 2.3.1

Hi,

after upgrading to from 2.2.1 to 2.3.0 (and later trying 2.3.1)
the dashboard stats are empty and the staus is false. Both dashbaord are running fine, only the status (stopped/started) ist wrong

I tried upgrade install via msi and fresh install on server 2019, win10 and win11.

An other topic is that the 2.3.1 is not properly signed:

I’ll get the issue with the MSI signing resolved.

As for the dashboards, can you verify the dashboards are running with the expected Environment? The total memory usage will be 0 if they are both running as the Integrated environment.

As for the incorrect status, I’ll open an issue for that to see what’s going on there.
