Create folder failed in UI, Automation, Scripts

It shows error in UI and folder is created in file system but now shown in UI

Windows Server 2022, IIS

Can you check the log or look in the notifications for the error? I just tried this and it works for me but my environment has a lot more configured.

I was going to get logs and then I realize I have a custom Script Base Folder set.
once I revert the folder to default, it works.
