Change look how the top bar looks in dashboard

Hello,
is it possible to change the look of the top bar ? (not sure how to call it, sorry for this).

Is it possible to inject some background picture here ? Right now its a dark blue color, but can we customize to change the color or ideally just use some jpg/png ?

I haven’t seen documentation saying it supports images yet…
