I have found any page you have created will go missing after recyling of IIS or restart of IIS service.
The only way to bring back any pages is you need to create a new page and it will populate all the pages you created again.
This was working fine in 3.4.2.
Create new test page:
Now not all come back until you remove the test page.
After removing the test page all the pages will return.

I’ve opened an issue for this.
Do you have a notification after restart?
No error after restart.
This issue is now gone after i had to rebuild to have services back up and going again.
