I am considering moving our DB to SQL and running multiple Universal web servers linked to it and are interested in how other environments are doing it.
How do you handle that in your environment? Do you have all Apps/Dashboards running on all of your servers? Load balance the apps between them? Do you use a load balancer? Have you had issues with people being bounced between instances in the same dash?
How do updates work? How do the separate instances handle being upgraded at different times while sharing a DB? I’m not planning on having it be a long time between upgrading them, but it is something to think about.
