Admin console read only (without having used git)

I recently discovered that my admin console is read only. Based on my research in the forum the readonly is based on git configuration, but I’ve never used the git option nor are there any git related files in the directories.
Please help me to get RW access again.

There’s also an option in computers to make nodes readonly so I’d check that too.

Theres also this toggle at the top of the page, if its set to VSCode the web UI is read only
