12 runspaces on vscode boot?

Tool: Visual Studio Code
Version: 1.93-insider

just installed this module. When it loads in pwsh I get multiple import-module statements on repeate with the same two files. protools.vscode.ps1 and powershellprotools.psd1 which leads me to

Is this normal? Does this script open a runspace for every file i have open? Can i prevent that and use a single RS?
