Updated from 2.5 to 2.6, but am unable to connect

Recently upgraded from 2.5 to 2.6 via the MSI, but I can’t seem to connect anymore either on localhost or remotely. I have my port set to 5001 and the service says running. What are the troubleshooting steps for this?

Looking at the logs this is all I see:

Where can we find version 2.6.1? If I installed via the MSI should I be installing this hotfix from somewhere else? Thanks!
