Running PS7 when debugging with Visual Studio 2019

Adam,

I just installed PWSH 7.0 in my Dev PC. When I raun amd debug my scripts using Visual Studio 2019, it is still running WPS 5.1. I wonder how I can force PoshTools to use v7 instead.

Please advise.

Hey Victor,

Did you try switching the PowerShell version with this drop down?

How do you get that dropdown? I don’t have it.

Anyway, I was able to select it in the Options

You might need to show the PowerShell Tools toolbar. If you right click on the tool bar and you should be able to show the PowerShell Tools toolbar.
