I use 4.0.5 and the parameter is still present.
Whats to do with RenderOnActive for UDTabs? Remove? Leaf?
Whats the Change about RenderOnActive is deprecated?

I have the same question / concern. I saw this log entry in 3.9.x and 3.10.x and was asking myself what the alternative would be.
I can’t find anything relating to that in the v4 docs though: https://docs.powershelluniversal.com/userinterfaces/components/navigation/tabs#dynamic-tabs
