PSU 3.0 Licensing issues

Dear All

Just starting with building up our new future PSU 3.0 Cluster using MSSQL.
Everything worked so far with configuring it and with the DB connectivity / functionality but unfortunately we get this error:

Does anybody have an idea what’s wrong? Obviously the server has Internet connection and switching back to LiteDB works w/o problems… Any help is really much appreciated!
