To automate deployment and upgrades, it would be really helpful for the Powershell Universal installer to have flags to keep appsettings.json file, and/or control automatic service start after install.

We are working on rebuilding our installer for v3 to address a lot of issues we have with post-install configuration. You can keep your appsettings.json file by installing it to the ProgramData folder.
