New version for UniversalDashboard.Markdown in Github

Add support for react lazy loading, BREAKING CHANGES!! i unregister all the languages from the code highlight component except 5. powershell, csharp, json, jsx, javascript and that because waiting for the component to register all the lang’s was making the component to load very slowly.

This version not yet publish to the PSGallery
