How to remove/reset my PSU back to default theme?

I cannot seem to figure out what files are changed that are making my forms etc blue and out of place. I would like to complete reset and be free of themes until I figure this out. What files can I replace and how would I do that?

For example the color an width of the form is off

You should only have to remove the -Theme parameter from New-UDDashboard.
