Failed to connect to PowerShell process

Hi,
After installing PowerShell Pro Tools in Visual Studio Code, I get the following message when starting VSCode:

Any ideas about this one?

Same for me after the Lates Update to 5.12.2
I also can’t compile any Scripts into EXE.

Can you please upgrade to 5.12.3? There was an issue we discovered where it wouldn’t always connect and you would see this error. It should be resolved now. If you still experience it, please let me know.
