How to refresh table data asynchronously in the background?

When there were few of those subfolders everything was fine page loaded quickly. I have an app that reads AD computers objects (there are few thousand of them)
And the app i waiting with displaying its content for this task to be completed
Any way to run in in the background ? or just after app itself if displayed ?
