Error Downloading License Key

Hello, first off, I’d like to apologize, I created a support ticket and didn’t see the part about posting in the forums first, so I’m sorry for the duplication of effort.
I’m having issues retrieving my license key after purchasing. I’ve completed all of the verification steps and have a “Paid in full” invoice. I was originally getting a “Not Found” screen when attempting to download both Standard and Offline keys. Now I’m receiving “An error occurred while processing your request.” with changing Request IDs. I’ve tried from different browsers and devices with no success. Can I please be provided a key or a way to download my key please? Thank you in advance.

We’ve deployed a fix for this. I can also send your license key via the support ticket.
