Elevation on New-UDCard does not seem to work right

Version: 3.7.4

Is it me, or has -Elevation on New-UDCard stopped working? I have tried numbers 0-10 and it doesn’t change the card any.

I think this an Ant Design issue. I see it too when using that theme.
