Disable Manual Invocation in scripts prevents triggers from running

Hi,

I have a central trigger script for all of our jobs that runs when a job is completed/failed/etc. manual invocation on the script is disabled because the script does not make sense to run without being triggered from a job.

After updating to 3.6.2, the script now fails with the error: Script does not allow manual execution.

This is a bug and will be resolved in 3.6.3.
