A bit similar to this one - Unknown pages get redirected to Default Home page?

We have the 404 capabilities now. but do we have the capability to define what page visitors initially lands on?
At the moment the only solution is to make a “Home” page named AA-Home or something else that puts it first alphabetically.

You can use the -DefaultHomePage parameter of New-UDPage to do this.

I can’t promise that it will survive in that size in production tho. It might be too cute for management.
