Custom Footer Postion

Product: PowerShell Universal
Version: 4.0.10

I am attempting to place a footer at the bottom of my page or, if the page is shorter then the display window place the footer at the bottom of the window. This is something we were able to do in Universal Dashboard 2.

When using HTML. CSS, and Flex the following code seams to provide the intended solution:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
  <title>Your Page Title</title>
  <style>
    body, html {
      height: 100%;
      margin: 0;
      padding: 0;
    }

    .outer-container {
      display: flex;
      flex-direction: column;
      min-height: 100%;
    }

    .flex-container {
      flex: 1;
      display: flex;
      flex-direction: column;
    }

    .container {
      padding: 20px;
      border: 1px solid #ccc;
    }

    .container:nth-child(1),
    .container.last-container {
      height: 80px;
    }

    .container:nth-child(2) {
      flex: 1;
    }
  </style>
</head>
<body>
  <div class="outer-container">
    <div class="flex-container">
      <div class="container">Container 1</div>
      <div class="container">Container 2</div>
      <div class="container last-container">Last Container</div>
    </div>
  </div>
</body>
</html>

I have had a look at New-UDHeader using the -Footer parameter, however this does not seam to allow the intended behaviour.

No matter how I try to work this there appears to be a Div tag which I can not referance which I can not set to 100% of the page height.

I have also attempted to add to style the ID of the page I am creating via new-udpage however I am unable to find that ID anywhere in my displayed page.

Does anyone have any solution which would enable me to achieve what I am trying to accomplish?
