I decided that one blog post was not enough for today so I made another. This one shows how to reset passwords with the AD help desk tool. It uses the UDGrid to layout controls on the page. It also integrates Universal Automation jobs with Universal Dashboard.
I have tested something similar and also this example several times. All with the same result: after pressing submit the complete browser window turns white.
Can you check in the Admin Console to see if you have any dashboard errors on the dashboard’s info page? How are you running Universal?
I can see the following error: at least one error has occurred (German translation).
