Secrets Error in 2.9.1

I am trying to integrate Azure Keyvault with PSU hosted in azure webapp. When I try to set a secret I get the below error in PSU.
It says "the secret does not exist in Vault"



I tried to re-register the Vault  and also set up the trigger for "ServerStarted".
Anyone, who faced this issue?
