I want to remove all the older versions but when I click on “Delete”, I got a popup to confirm.
Then nothing happens.

I’ll open an issue for this but you can delete them from %ProgramData%\PowerShellUniversal\Dashboard\Frameworks and then restart the Universal server and it will remove them.
