Okta SAML - 404 page

Ok, so I already have OIDC setup but I have 2 Okta environments and I have a tool that I want to be accessible from both. So, I’m trying to setup SAML auth with my second Okta environment. I followed the documentation but whenever I click on the link in Okta I just get a 404.

Am using Okta here, about the only thing that comes to mind from the info above is whether PSU is running on port 443 and that the SAML provider in PSU is Enabled - is either of thise possible?
